With a passion for the vibraphone, improvised music and the percussion traditions of Cuba, remarkable young Tasmanian-based percussionist Maggie Abraham is set to transform a dark potato shed in Wynyard into a whole new otherworldly landscape. For this work Maggie is working collaboratively with the young women of Big hART’s Project O initiative, who are performing and participating in the work which will also feature an immersive audio experience.
